Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using Dukaan Manager, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Dukaan Manager is a shop management application that lets business owners and their staff record daily sales, expenses, wages, deliveries, udhaar (customer credit), purchases, and rent, and view reports based on that data.

• You register using a valid Pakistani mobile number and password.
• You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff accounts you create.

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the service — no payment is required to start.
• After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• If payment isn't made when the trial or subscription period ends, your account enters a 3-day grace period during which the app remains read-only (you can view your data but not add or edit records) before further access is restricted.
• Payments are processed through supported payment methods (including EasyPaisa) once available.

• Use the service only for lawful business record-keeping purposes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to anyone outside your own business without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or has an unpaid subscription beyond the grace period. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Dukaan Manager. We act only as the service that stores and displays it back to you.

Dukaan Manager is provided "as is". We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we are not liable for business losses, data entry errors, or decisions made based on the app's reports. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
